This bridge replacement was part of the I-35 / SH 9 Interchange reconstruction project near Riverwind Casino. This bridge had to be built in two (2) phases to maintain traffic during construction. The new overpass is comprised of four (4) Prestressed Concrete Beam spans (58′-106′-106′-48′) and added three (3) additional traffic lanes to the overpass.
